Guarantee

Every purchase of new diamond or gem-set jewellery over £500 will come with our 10-year guarantee. Our guarantee covers your jewellery for 10 years in the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault should occur.

All you need to do is ensure that your jewellery is inspected by our staff every six months. Bring your items and your guarantee card into the store and we will clean your jewellery free of charge. During this clean, we will check your jewellery for wear, tear or damage and advise you on any work that may be required.

For the guarantee to remain valid, any recommended work must be undertaken.

Terms & Conditions

This guarantee is valid from the date of purchase and cannot be used without the original receipt. It is non-transferable. This guarantee does not cover work undertaken by any jeweller other than Jeremy France Jewellers, nor any defects arising from repairs effected by any other company.

This guarantee does not cover accidental loss, theft or damage caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear, and is limited to its specific terms and conditions. This guarantee does not cover the costs of recommended routine repairs. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event of a dispute, a resolution will be found by the National Association of Jewellers or a similar party.
