Lauren’s passion for design was sparked at the age of 15 during a work experience opportunity on Baker Street. This experience provided her with valuable insights into the intricate process of creating high-quality jewellery, bags, and shoes. Since that pivotal moment, she has been fascinated

by the endless possibilities of bringing her creative visions to fruition. After completing an internship within quality

control at De Beers, Lauren pursued training at Holts Academy in Hatton Garden, now recognised as the British Academy of Jewellery.

With over 10 years’ experience within the jewellery Industry, Lauren takes particular joy in creating designs with a modern twist and has a passion for the Art Deco design style. However, the most rewarding aspect of her role lies in the collaboration with her clients, using their cherished heirlooms and original materials to create breath-taking new pieces that hold significant sentimental value.

With a remarkable expertise spanning over 10 years at Jeremy France Jewellers, and 20 years in the industry; Kerrie seamlessly co-ordinates all your bespoke jewellery manufacturing and ensures we can create your perfect custom jewellery.

A pivotal figure in the Bespoke department, Kerrie plays a crucial role in ensuring the progression of each bespoke project through the intricate phases of design and manufacture. Kerrie will often be your email contact; updating you on your bespoke piece and its progress through your bespoke journey with us.

Kerrie’s passion lies in guiding clients through the bespoke journey, ensuring that each experience is not only unforgettable but also results in a bespoke jewellery piece that will stand the test of time. With Kerrie’s expertise and dedication, clients can rest assured that their new bespoke jewellery will be cherished for this lifetime and beyond.

Teri joined our bespoke department in Spring 2025 as our bespoke admin assistant, bringing a fresh and unique perspective to the team. While new to the jewellery industry, she has quickly become an invaluable member of the department. Over the past 10 years, Teri refined her precision, attention to detail, and project management skills in the boat-building world, experience that she now applies to coordinating our bespoke projects.

As the first point of contact for clients, Teri ensures all details are confirmed before booking initial consultations. She plays a key role in liaising with clients and assisting in every step of the design process to ensure each bespoke piece is executed flawlessly. Her organizational skills, dedication, and meticulous eye for detail guarantee that every project receives the attention it deserves. In her short time at JFJ, Teri has already proven herself to be reliable, thoughtful, and a truly valued member of the team.
