Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and excludes FOPE, watches and gift cards. No discount can be retro-applied. Discounts cannot be applied online automatically at this time but please email us with proof of ID for a generated online unique payment portal.

10 Year Diamond Guarantee
The 10 Year Diamond Guarantee is valid from the date of purchase and cannot be used without the original receipt. It is not transferable. This guarantee does not cover work undertaken by any jeweller other than an member of Jeremy France Jewellers, nor any defects arising from repairs effected by any other company.
This guarantee does not cover accidental loss, theft or damage caused by misuse/ neglect or normal wear and tear and is limited to its specific terms and conditions. This guarantee does not cover costs of recommended routine repairs. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event of a dispute this will be resolved by the national association of jewellers or a similar party.

This voucher will entitle you to £25 off any in-store purchase. One voucher within each batch per wedding fayre location will be worth £200. Terms and conditions – Guess the gemstones competition
1. The promoter
1.1 The promoter is Jeremy France Jewellers Limited, trading as Jeremy France Jewellers, of 32 High St, Winchester SO23 9BL
1.2 The Promoter is running this prize draw to raise funds for Winchester Hospice Fundraising Charity, charity number 1180948 (the “Charity”). The Charity is not the promoter and is not responsible for the draw.
2. Who can enter
2.1 The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2 It is not open to employees of the Promoter, members of their families, agents, or anyone else connected with the promotion or the counting of the gemstones.
2.3 Proof of age and residence may be requested from the winner before the prize is handed over.
3. How to enter (free entry)
3.1 To enter, visit Jeremy France Jewellers at 32 High St, Winchester SO23 9BL during opening hours and complete a free entry form giving your name, a contact telephone number and your guess of the number of gemstones in the jar.
3.2 Only one entry is allowed per person, whether or not you make a donation. Entries made on behalf of someone else, or through automated or bulk methods, are not valid.
3.3 The entry period opens on 28th November 2026 at 9:30am and closes at 4:30pm on 20 December 2026. Entries received after that time will not be counted.
3.4 The Promoter will take reasonable care of entry forms but is not responsible for entries that are incomplete or illegible.
4. Optional donations
4.1 Anyone who wishes to may make a voluntary donation to the Charity by placing it in the clearly marked donation tin in store. A suggested donation of £5 is shown, but any amount, including nothing, is acceptable.
4.2 Donations are not a payment for entry. They do not give any additional entry, any advantage, or any benefit in the draw, and are kept entirely separate from the entry forms.
4.3 All money placed in the donation tin will be paid to the Charity in full, without deduction, by 31st January 2027. The Promoter will bear all costs of the promotion, including the prize, and will keep a record of the amount collected and paid over. The total raised will be published via the shops social media channels by 31st January 2027.
4.4 Gift Aid cannot be claimed on these donations.
5. The prize
5.1 The prize is one 18ct white gold rubover solitaire necklace set with a 1.00ct diamond, with a retail value of £6,000 including VAT.
5.2 The prize is as described. There is no cash alternative and it cannot be exchanged or transferred.
5.3 Only if the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or higher value and similar quality, and will tell the winner of the change.
5.4 There is one prize and one winner.
6. How the winner is chosen
6.1 The jar contains a number of gemstones. The number has been recorded in writing and sealed in an envelope held by Sanya Ward before entries open.
6.2 On 21 December 2026 the sealed number will be opened and compared with all valid entries.
6.3 The winner is the entrant whose guess is exactly correct or, if no guess is correct, the entrant whose guess is closest to the actual number, whether higher or lower.
6.4 If two or more entrants are equally correct or equally close, the winner will be drawn at random from those entrants by Harriet France.
6.5 The result is final in relation to the counting and selection of the winner. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Notifying the winner and collecting the prize
7.1 The Promoter will try to contact the winner by telephone, using the number on the entry form, on 21 December 2026. If the call is not answered, the Promoter will try again at least three times over the following 3 days and will also leave a message or send a text.
7.2 The winner must confirm that they accept the prize within 14 days of first being successfully contacted, and collect it in store at an agreed time. Collection costs the winner nothing. Collection must be by close of business 31/01/2027 in person.
7.3 If the winner cannot be reached despite those attempts, does not claim within that period, or is found not to be eligible, the prize will pass to the entrant with the next closest guess, who will be notified in the same way.
8. Winners list
8.1 You can ask for the name of the winner, along with the winning guess, by writing to 32 High St, Winchester SO23 9BL or emailing [email protected] within 3 months of the draw. If the winner prefers not to be named, the Promoter will say so.
9. Publicity
9.1 The winners chosen name as recorded on the entry form will be used for publicity subject to their consent.
9.2 The winner will be invited to take part in publicity such as a photograph with the prize, for use on the Promoter’s website, Facebook, Instagram, newsletters and future advertising. Taking part is optional and is not a condition of winning or receiving the prize.
9.3 Photographs and the winner’s name will be used for publicity only with the winner’s consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting [email protected] , although material already published may not be removed from third-party sites.
9.4 Other entrants will not be photographed or named for publicity without their consent.
10. Your personal data
10.1 The Promoter is the controller of your personal data. Our contact details are in section 1.
10.2 We collect your name, telephone number, email address and your guess. We use these to run the draw, contact the winner and handle any queries, relying on our legitimate interest in running the promotion and, for the winner, on the need to deliver the prize.
10.3 We keep the details of entrants who do not win for 3 months after the draw, then securely delete them. We keep the winner’s details for 12 months to record the prize being handed over.
10.4 We do not share your data with anyone else, other than where a service provider acts for us under contract, where the winner’s name and county are given out under section 8, or where required by law.
10.5 Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to how it is used, and ask for it in a portable format. To do so, contact us as in section 1. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
11. Marketing
11.1 Entering the draw does not mean you agree to receive marketing.
11.2 If you tick the separate marketing box on the entry form, we will send you news of future events, products or services by email as ticked. We will not do this if you leave the box blank.
11.3 You can withdraw this consent at any time by telling us or using the unsubscribe option in any message, and doing so will not affect your entry or your chance of winning.
12. Changes and cancellation
12.1 The Promoter will not change these terms once entry has opened, unless a change is needed for reasons outside its reasonable control, or to comply with the law or the requirements of a regulator.
12.2 If the promotion has to be changed or cancelled in those circumstances, the Promoter will display a notice in store and at https://jeremyfrancejewellers.co.uk as soon as it reasonably can, and will make any changes fairly to all entrants. Donations already made to the Charity will be kept by the Charity, and this will be made clear in the donation tin notice.
13. Liability
13.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, nor affects your statutory consumer rights.
13.2 Subject to that, the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from events outside its reasonable control, and is not responsible for the Charity’s use of donations once paid over.
14. General
14.1 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has cheated, breached these terms, or entered with false information.
14.2 By entering you agree to be bound by these terms. A copy is available in store and at https://jeremyfrancejewellers.co.uk throughout the promotion.
