Diamond Competition December 2023
This is a simple lottery competition. It requires an in-store purchase of an item of £10 or more to be eligible to select a random tin to be in with a chance of winning the 1ct natural diamond and a £1,000 voucher towards making it into your dream piece of jewellery. Only one tin can be chosen per transaction, per day, per person. You must be aged 18 or over to be eligible to enter and purchases must be in store. On line purchases are not eligible for this lottery competition. This competition is only running on 1st-31st December 2023 plus 5.30-8.30pm on Thursday 23rd November 2023. One tin is equal to one ticket. Payments onto account, or against services and repairs are not eligible for this promotion.
Each tin handed out in the lottery will either contain a Cubic Zirconia or a 1ct natural diamond. Jeremy France Jewellers cannot be held liable for tins found to not contain any stone after you have left the store. To claim the prize you must enter the store after 2nd January 2024 to have your stone tested, to identify if you are the winner. The winner will already have the real diamond in their tin. This diamond will be certificated and will correlate to a GIA certificate held by the company until the winner comes forward. The £1,000 voucher towards manufacture will not be given unless the diamond presented matches the GIA certificate number engraved on the diamond. The winner must come back into store before 1st April 2024 to claim their £1,000 voucher towards manufacture. If the winner returns to store before 31st December 2024 but after 1st April 2024 they will be eligible to receive their diamond certificate but will not be eligible for the £1,000 voucher. There is no cash alternative offered to any part of the prize. If by 10th December there have been more than 300 entrants thus far then a second diamond may be entered into the lottery. Jeremy France Jewellers reserve the right to decide on the value, size and origins of any additional diamond entered into the lottery, as well as any voucher contribution. Up to an additional 1,000 boxes will be generated, meaning your odds will always be 1/1000 or better to win. Stones will not be tested in store until after 2nd January 2023 when entrants are no longer able to enter. The total value of lottery tickets will not exceed £20,000 if 1,000 additional boxes are added. This competition is exclusively while tins last.
Staff, their immediate family and staff who have left the business in the last 5 years are not able to participate in this competition.
Discounts
Jeremy France Jewellers offers a number of discounts applicable to all eligible in-store jewellery items. Discounts can be given with Debit/Credit card or Cash Payments only. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and excludes watches and girftcards. No discount can be retro-applied. Discounts cannot be applied online automatically at this time but please email us with proof of ID for a generated online unique payment portal.

10 Year Diamond Guarantee
The 10 Year Diamond Guarantee is valid from the date of purchase and cannot be used without the original receipt. It is not transferable. This guarantee does not cover work undertaken by any jeweller other than an member of Jeremy France Jewellers, nor any defects arising from repairs effected by any other company.
This guarantee does not cover accidental loss, theft or damage caused by misuse/ neglect or normal wear and tear and is limited to its specific terms and conditions. This guarantee does not cover costs of recommended routine repairs. This guarantee does not effect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event of a dispute this will be resolved by the national association of jewellers or a similar party.
