Meet the team

Lauren

Designer & Bespoke Manager

Lauren’s passion for design was sparked at 15, during a work experience placement on Baker Street that gave her an early insight into creating high-quality jewellery, bags, and shoes. That experience stayed with her, leading to an internship in quality control at De Beers and further training at Holts Academy in Hatton Garden, now the British Academy of Jewellery.

With over 10 years in the jewellery industry, Lauren loves designing with a modern twist and has a particular passion for Art Deco style. Most rewarding of all is working with clients to transform cherished heirlooms and original materials into breath-taking new pieces, rich with sentimental value.

Kerrie

Production Manager

With remarkable expertise spanning over 10 years at Jeremy France Jewellers and 20 years in the industry, Kerrie’s passion lies in guiding clients through the bespoke journey, ensuring every experience is not only unforgettable, but results in a piece of jewellery that will stand the test of time. Over the years, Kerrie has seen and designed her fair share of stunning jewellery, and has a particular love for anything that makes a statement: modern, rubover-set designs are her personal favourite.

Vicky

Senior repair and production co-ordinator

With 27 years at JFJ, Vicky has worked in all possible departments within our store, including a number of years in our design department. With a degree in 3D design specialising in jewellery, Vicky has designed a wide range of pieces, from a decorative tracheotomy cover to a royal commission. Vicky is also a certified diamond grader and has a wealth of knowledge about the industry from her years of experience.

Sanya

Store manager

Sanya recently graduated from the Jewellery School of Birmingham City University with a First-Class degree in Gemmology and Jewellery Studies, a true testament to her sharp eye and dedication to the craft. Her outstanding talent was recognised with two prestigious accolades: the De Beers Award for Best Diamond-Related Final Major Project, and the Fellows Auctioneers Award for Best Student in Jewellery Valuation. With such a strong foundation in gemmology and valuation, Sanya brings a wealth of knowledge and precision to every gemstone she assesses.

Chris

Workshop Director

The son of Jeremy France, Chris inherited his father’s passion for repair work having seen his father at the bench from a young age. Chris studied Jewellery and Goldsmithing at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA), and spent his summers practising his craft at the Winchester workshop. After university, he completed his apprenticeship here, and has been with us full time since 2010. Chris is adept at repairing jewellery and dealing with intricate claws, combining traditional methods and expert use of our laser welder to bring the best results to our clients.
