Whether you envision transforming a cherished family heirloom or commemorating a significant milestone, our creative team is dedicated to guiding you through your bespoke journey, ensuring a distinctive and unforgettable experience with each and every client.

Although able to source high quality diamonds and gemstones, we also welcome the use of your own metals and gemstones, to add that personal touch to your bespoke creation.

Initial Consultation

Initial Consultation

Your bespoke journey starts with a consultation with our designer, Lauren. With a comforting hot drink or bubbles to celebrate, you will explore your thoughts and ideas with Lauren while browsing through our collections identifying what you like.

We recommended bringing any inspiration, photographs or images with you and any gemstones or jewellery you wish to use. We ask you allow between an 1 hour – 1 1/2 hours for this appointment, so that you have plenty of time to discuss your ideas and explore the possibilities.

Sketches

Following your consultation, Lauren will hand draw a variety of designs based on your ideas. These will be emailed to you and an appointment made to come in and discuss them further. If needed, our bespoke team will source any diamonds or gemstones needed and handpick a selection for you to view.

You will then schedule another appointment to view the sketches and any gemstones together. This is usually between 2-4 weeks after your first consultation with Lauren. During this appointment we will work with you to tailor your design, making any adjustments.

Computer Aided Design

Once you are delighted with your design, often the next stage is our CAD team will produce a CAD render of your design (which will be emailed to you) and a model for you to view. At your next appointment you will view the 3D printed model of your piece along side the rendered pictures and have the chance to try it on with your gemstones placed into it and see the scale and all the fine details in your hands.

We love that CAD bridges the gap between centuries-old techniques and modern-day expectations.

Creating Your Piece

Once we have your final approval on your design, we then hand it over to our skilled goldsmith team to bring your design to life.

There are a few different processes the goldsmiths can use to create your piece which will be explained to you by our bespoke team.

From your final approval to having your bespoke piece in your hands is between 6-8 weeks.

Finished Design

Once your new piece has been finished, checked by our goldsmiths and our bespoke team it is time for you to collect!

To remember your design experience with us a portfolio of your journey will be presented when you collect your piece. This includes copies of the sketches, CAD renders and detailed photographs of your new piece.
