Jeremy France Jewellers offers a number of discounts applicable to all eligible in-store jewellery items. Discounts can be given with Debit/Credit card or Cash Payments only. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and excludes watches and gift cards. No discount can be retro-applied. Discounts cannot be applied online automatically at this time but please email us with proof of ID for a generated online unique payment portal.

Count The Envelopes Competition
To enter this competition you must fill out and submit an entry slip in-store with the total number of envelopes you believe was used in our displays, your name and contact details. The entries that have guessed the correct amount or guessed the closest number to, will be put into a random draw to win the Jeremy France Jewellers £200 voucher prize. The competition will begin on the 6th of November 2025 at 9:30am and will end on the the 21st of December 2025 4:30pm. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate or have a parent/guardian present when entering. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition. A winner will be announced on or after the 22nd of December 2025. The winner will then have 14 days to acknowledge their win and then 30 days to collect the prize. After 30 days if the winner has not collected the prize, a new winner will be chosen by random draw from the entries and contacted via email or telephone. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Current or past employees of Jeremy France Jewellers and their partners are not eligible to enter. Jeremy France Jewellers Ltd reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition. Jeremy France Jewellers is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our privacy policy. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By entering you also consent for Jeremy France Jewellers to contact you for marketing purposes which can be opted out of at time. Our T&Cs do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10 Year Diamond Guarantee
The 10 Year Diamond Guarantee is valid from the date of purchase and cannot be used without the original receipt. It is not transferable. This guarantee does not cover work undertaken by any jeweller other than an member of Jeremy France Jewellers, nor any defects arising from repairs effected by any other company.
This guarantee does not cover accidental loss, theft or damage caused by misuse/ neglect or normal wear and tear and is limited to its specific terms and conditions. This guarantee does not cover costs of recommended routine repairs. This guarantee does not effect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event of a dispute this will be resolved by the national association of jewellers or a similar party.
