Wedding Rings – What should you choose?

You have your dream engagement ring, congratulations!
Now you need to find the perfect wedding ring to go with it.

What should you think about?

Metal
We suggest you have your wedding ring the same metal as your engagement ring. This will slow down the wear and tear as you wear them next to each other.

Wedfit
Depending if your engagement ring is whats known as “wedfit” you may want to have a shaped wedding ring to fit around your engagement ring.

Shaped wedding rings
There are a few different options when it comes to shaped wedding rings depending on the look you want.

Stones or no stones?
A question we are often asked and it is completely down to your preference. Some things to consider are:

-Will you be wearing both your engagement ring and wedding ring together a lot? Some people have to taken their engagement ring off for work so it might be nice to have a little. extra “something” in your wedding ring if you will wear it alone often.

-What is the overall look you would like? More sparkle the better… then diamonds all the way! Something understated? Plain or patterned might suit you better.

Patterned
Another option is a patterned wedding ring. These are often popular with men who tend to go for a wider ring.
There is a huge range of patterns from floral, to engraved lines and different finishes. If you want something a bit more interesting than classic polished this might be your thing!

As you can see there are many options to look at so we recommend you give about 1-2 hours for your first wedding ring appointment.
